First Time Log In — Set Security Questions

Now that you have confirmed your email address, you will answer the security questions that display.

Security questions are used to verify that you have the proper identity to access your account. For example, if you forget your password, security questions allow you to request a temporary password without compromising account security.

Five security questions display for you to provide responses. After you respond to the security questions, you will confirm your computer registration.

Note: Once you log in, you can change security question responses by editing your profile.

To answer security questions:

  1. Enter responses to the questions.

You can enter up to 30 characters, including spaces, for each response, but the first character cannot be a space. When you answer security questions in the future, you must remember to include the spaces. Your responses are not case-sensitive.

  1. Click the Save button.

The First Time Log In Setup — Set Security Questions screen displays the security questions and your responses. If you need to edit your responses, click the Edit button.

  1. Click the Next button.
