Forgot Your Organization ID or User ID — Provide Information

If you cannot remember your organization ID or user ID, you can request this information. To get your organization ID and user ID, simply provide your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card number and answer a verification question.

Three verification options display: Last 4 Digits of Access Code 1, Access Code 2, and Business Phone Number. When you answer a verification question, enter a response that matches the value associated with your card account. For example, if the last four digits of Access Code 1 for your card account are 1234, enter 1234. To determine the options used by your organization, contact your program administrator.

Note:  If you enter incorrect responses, your account access may be restricted after multiple access attempts. If you are having trouble, contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service by calling the number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, see Customer Service.

Once you verify your identity, your organization ID and user ID display on screen. This information is also sent to the email address in your profile.

To retrieve your organization ID and user ID:

  1. Enter your 16-digit card number in the J.P. Morgan Commercial Card Number field.

  1. Select one additional option to verify your identity.

  1. Enter the response exactly as it is saved to your card account.

  1. Click the Next button.

Your organization ID and user ID display on screen, along with a confirmation message indicating that this information has also been sent to the email address in your profile.
