Forgot Your Password — Answer Security Questions

Now that you have verified your identity and entered an access code, you may be required to answer two security questions.

Enter your responses exactly as they are saved to your profile, including spaces. Responses are not case-sensitive.

If you have trouble answering the security questions, contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service by calling the number on the back of your card. If you do not have your card, see Customer Service.

To answer security questions:

  1. Select the check boxes next to at least two of the available security questions.

  1. Enter your responses in the text boxes. Be sure to enter answers exactly as they display in your profile, including spaces.

  1. Click the Next button.

The Forgot Your Password — Change Password screen displays.
