Forgot Your Password — Verify Identity

Use the Forgot Your Password functionality if you are unable to remember your current password or have trouble logging in. You must know your organization ID, user ID, email address, and answers to security questions. You are also required to enter an access code, which will be emailed to you, to verify your identity.

You don't remember your organization ID or user ID.

On the Log In screen, click the Forgot your Organization ID or User ID? link to request your organization ID and user ID.

For assistance, contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service using the phone number on the back of your card or contact your program administrator.

You don't remember the email address associated with your account profile.

Contact your program administrator for assistance.

You don't remember your password, and you have never logged in and set up your security question responses.

You don't remember your password, but you know your organization ID and user ID, and you have logged in and set up your security question responses.

On the Log In screen, click the Forgot Your Password? link. Then follow the steps below to reset your password.

To begin the process of resetting your password:

  1. Complete the following fields:

Organization ID

Enter your organization ID (e.g., us12345). The organization ID is assigned by J.P. Morgan and is unique to your organization.

User ID

Enter your user ID. The user ID is assigned by your program administrator and uniquely identifies you within your organization.

Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your account profile.

  1. Click the Next button.

The information you entered in the previous step is displayed. If it correctly matches your user profile, an email is sent that contains an access code you will need to reset your password.
