Online Account Registration — Create User ID

Now that you have verified your identity, you must create a user ID to access your account. You will use this ID to access your account in the future.

Your user ID must contain 6-20 alphanumeric characters and must be unique. It cannot include special characters and is not case-sensitive. Your organization may have other requirements. If you have questions, please contact your program administrator.

Note: If you enter a user ID that already exists, two available options may display. You may choose one of the options or create your own unique ID.

After you create your user ID, you will get a temporary password.

To create your user ID:

1. Enter a unique ID in the New User ID field.

2. Click the Next button.

Your user ID is created and the Online Account Registration — Get Password screen displays.
