This help system provides detailed information about the steps required to log in to your account. The links below include instructions for logging in under various circumstances. These steps are also summarized in the Log In Quick Reference Card.

In addition, you can click the Help with this page link on any screen for specific information that's relevant to what you're doing.

This topic explains the following:

Log In

The Log In screen displays each time you access the site. From here, you can log in to your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card account, review the available resources, and read important messages from J.P. Morgan. For highlights of the Log In screen's functional elements, see this figure.

Your organization settings determine when you are required to change your password. The system prompts you to change your password when it expires and you cannot log in until the password is changed.

For security purposes, you must log in at least once every 185 days to maintain your status as an active user. If your user status becomes inactive, contact your program administrator or J.P. Morgan Customer Service.

First Time Log In

The first time you log in, you will enter the organization ID, user ID, and temporary password sent to you through email or provided by your program administrator. If you were not sent this information but have received your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card, see Online Account Registration below.

Once you enter the login credentials, you are directed through a quick process to create a new password, answer security questions, and register your computer. For instructions on how to log in for the first time, see First Time User Help.

Online Account Registration

You can use the online account registration process the first time you log in if you were not provided with login credentials but have received your J.P. Morgan Commercial Card. For instructions on using the online account registration process, see Online Account Registration — Verify Identity.

Change Password

If you enter either a temporary password or an expired password, you will be directed to a screen where you can create a new password. The screen that displays depends on whether you are using a temporary password or an expired password. In addition, if your password is expiring soon, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change it immediately.

Register Computer

If you log in from an unregistered computer, you will be directed to the Register Computer — Get Access Code screen, where you can register your computer. For security purposes, your user ID must be registered to each computer you use when logging in, or you must enter an access code. This helps prevent access by unauthorized users.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can request a temporary password. Click the Forgot your Password? link to access the Forgot Your Password — Verify Identity screen and begin the request process.

Forgot Your Organization ID or User ID?

If you cannot remember your organization ID or user ID, you can request this information. Click the Forgot your Organization ID or User ID? link to access the Forgot Your Organization ID or User ID — Provide Information screen and begin the request process.
